An easy tagine of chicken with preserved lemons and green olives, without using salt due to saltiness of the preserved lemon.

  1. In tagine plate, combine chicken, onion, garlic, spices and the preserved lemon.
  2. Cover the tagine and cook it on medium heat for 20 minutes.
  3. Add some of water and continue cooking for 30 minutes until chicken is done.
  4. Add green olives and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve it hot.
